INES at APLAS 2013 – 11th Asian Symposium on Programming Languages and Systems

The paper Laws for References of the INES Researchers Giovanny Lucero and Augusto Sampaio was accepted for publishing at the 11th Asian Symposium on Programming Languages and Systems (APLAS 2013).
The paper will be presented by Giovanny Lucero (CIn/UFPE and DCOMP/UFS), who works on the INES projects “Confiabilidade e Segurança em Software Crítico” and “Refatoramento de Programas para Migração entre Estruturas de Dados”.
The APLAS conference will take place in Melbourne, Australia, and will be colocated with the 3rd International Conference on Certified Programs and Proofs (CPP 2013) on 9-13 December 2013.

INES at ICTAI 2013 – IEEE International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence

The paper Improving the Statistical Arbitrage Strategy in Intraday Trading by Combining Extreme Learning Machine and Support Vector Regression with Linear Regression Models has been accepted for publication at ICTAI 2013 – IEEE International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence. The conference will be held on 4-6 November 2013, in Washington DC, USA. The paper will be presented byJarley P. Nóbrega (CIn/UFPE), researcher of the project Software Project Effort Estimation with Computational Intelligence and Statistics

INES researchers Márcio Ribeiro and Rohit Gheyi will attend SPLASH’2013 (ACM Conference on Systems, Programming, Languages, and Applications: Software for Humanity)

At GPCE, Márcio and Rohit will present a paper at 12th International Conference on Generative Programming: Concepts & Experiences. The paper title is Investigating Preprocessor-Based Syntax Errors.
