Approach.” was accepted on the 12th International Conference on Information Technology : New Generations (ITNG 2015). The event will be held in April 13-15, 2015, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.This paper is a result of the work being done by the student from the Master’s degree Program on Computer Science at UFBA, Jailson Brito, advised by Prof. Vaninha Vieira and Dr. Adolfo Duran. This work is part of the projects “Models, Processes and Tools for the Development of Context-Sensitive Systems” and “An Intelligent, Ubiquitous and Context Sensitive Public Transportation System”.The paper presents G.A.M.E., a conceptual framework to guide the design of gamification in crowdsourcing- based systems. The framework provides a flexible step-by-step guideline that combines knowledge from software engineering, collaborative systems, game design and interaction design. The approach was tested on two applications related to intelligent public transportation: the Wikibus and the Ubibus-Cars.Paper citation:BRITO, J.; VIEIRA, V. ; DURAN, A..
