INES researcher attended to DEBS doctoral symposium

INES researcher, Jorge Cavalcanti Fonsêca (UFPE) attended to the Doctoral Symposium of the ACM International Conference on Distributed and Event-based Systems (DEBS) from June 20 to 24 in Irvine, California (USA). DEBS has become the premier venue for contributions in the fields of distributed and event-based systems, where the most prominent researchers of that domain publish and participate every year. In the Doctoral Symposium Jorge received important feedbacks about his PhD research. He also had the opportunity to an excellent network with researchers from Germany, Italy and USA. A curious fact is that he was the only brazilian participating in that event, which typically does not have contributions from Brazil. Jorge looks forward to submit results of his PhD research to next year’s main track.
